The lips of Bill McCavity, His baked bean eyes strain hard to see,
He paddles to his bed to sleep, His lips like magnets mesmerise Bill’s gobby bubbles land like leaves. Then when the bubbles float to be,
On Bill's raw lips, snails trampoline. His tonsils wrap the frogs webbed feet, Then up he splutters with a leap, He swallows hard, relieved to feel, He wades into the kitchen ill. Head in his hands, he sits confused, ©2009 Mark C Bird blog comments powered by Disqus |
